The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) stands ready to coordinate and deliver responses to humanitarian crises worldwide. We are seeking an Accountability & Learning Officer to contribute to learning and growth for the DEC and its 15 member charities.

As an Accountability & Learning Officer , you will oversee monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities, support project setup, build relationships, and coordinate activities across operational theatres. Your responsibilities include assessing crises for appeal eligibility, maintaining reporting templates, supporting research projects, and helping members achieve climate and environmental targets.

Ideal candidates will have experience with monitoring, evaluation, research design, and implementation, preferably within the international humanitarian or development sector. A strong understanding of humanitarian principles, programming, and sector operations is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and a relevant postgraduate qualification.
