Due to continued growth, DD Wilson Gas & Heating Engineers Ltd is looking to recruit a qualified Domestic Electrician to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, highly respected company carrying out high-quality domestic electrical work alongside heating, plumbing, renewable energy and air conditioning installations.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' practical experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High standard of workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Your Responsibilities.
- Domestic electrical installations.
- Consumer unit (fuse board) replacements.
- Electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Electrical testing and inspection.
- Installation of sockets, lighting and power circuits.
- Issue Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs).
- Issue Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates.
- Inspect and test domestic electrical installations.
Wiring heating controls include
- S-Plan.
- Y-Plan.
- Smart heating controls.
- Wiring boilers and heating systems.
- Wiring unvented hot water cylinders.
- Wiring air conditioning systems.
- Wiring air source heat pumps.
- Training.
- Previous experience with heating controls, air conditioning or heat pumps is desirable but not essential.
