The Opportunity
This is more than a warehouse management role. As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a large operational team, ensuring that goods flow safely, accurately and efficiently through our warehouse. You’ll oversee inbound, storage and outbound activities while driving productivity, maintaining high standards and developing the people around you. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll spend time on the warehouse floor, supporting your team, solving operational challenges and ensuring every shift delivers against its targets. - Manage Warehouse Supervisors, MHE Drivers and Warehouse Operatives
- Create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
