DCS Group is a leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter, working with some of the biggest names in health, beauty, and household products. Operating from our world‑class distribution centre, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, efficiency, and innovation. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our fast‑paced logistics operations.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, fulfilment, and 3PL clients. You will drive operational excellence, optimise warehouse space, and lead a high‑performing team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and outstanding service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve service and performance targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee health and safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
- Control budgets, optimise warehouse space, and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
You are a results‑driven leader with extensive experience in warehouse and logistics management. You thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams (100+ employees).
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report at C‑Suite level.
- Qualification in warehouse management or logistics
