We\'re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Banbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys supporting teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you\'ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the commercial team. You\'ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing key documentation, assisting with customer communication, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between departments to help achieve sales targets and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Complete customer new line and promotional proposal forms.

Update and maintain customer price files and internal systems.

Gather in-store and depot evidence of promotional activity.

Update monthly sales forecast trackers with actual performance data.

Communicate with customers regarding supply updates, shortages, and reorder dates.

Coordinate sales aids, point-of-sale materials, and one-pagers with internal teams.

Manage POS requests, deliveries, and shipments.

Conduct comparison shops and source or send product samples to customers.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales and Commercial teams.

About You

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
