We’re looking for astrategic, creative, and commercially minded marketerto lead the development and growth of Enliven in the UK&I – and set the stage for global success. This is a pivotal role within ourMarket Strategy & Planningteam, perfect for someone who’s ready to drive big thinking and execute with pace and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the brand strategy and 3-year growth plan for Enliven – across product, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market strategy
- Act as the brand champion across the business – leading packaging projects, creative development, and innovation pipelines
- Deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that engage shoppers, drive trial, and build brand equity
- Work closely with category, commercial, and shopper teams to bring the brand to life at shelf and online
- Lead D2C development and identify new ways to get closer to our consumers
- Influence senior stakeholders and external buyers with compelling, insight-led brand stories
- Monitor and respond to category trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Roll your sleeves up and support any marketing initiative where brand input is needed
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in brand marketing within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of delivering consumer-led brand growth
- Strong commercial and analytical skills – able to translate data into action
- Experience working in agile or entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels
- Curious, collaborative, and full of ideas – with the drive to make them happen
- Desirable: experience with D2C and licensed brand partnerships
