We are currently looking to recruit a commercially driven Key Account Executive to join our team, managing and growing a portfolio of Discount & Retail customers within our Sales & Distribution division. As a Key Account Executive, your duties will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of up to 8 Discount/Retail accounts, delivering sales and margin targets
  • Building strong relationships with Buying, Commercial and Supply Chain contacts
  • Acting as the day‑to‑day contact for operational and commercial queries
  • Supporting delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional activity
  • Building and maintaining accurate forecasts for volume and value performance
  • Analysing sales data, EPOS and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Tracking promotional performance and influencing future activity
  • Supporting pricing, promotional planning and new product launches
  • Processing and reconciling invoices, rebates and promotional investments
  • Identifying distribution gaps and new product opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, pricing files and promotional calendars
  • Preparing reports, presentations and customer insights
  • Working cross‑functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams

Experience required:

  • Experience within FMCG, wholesale, discount or retail environments preferred
  • Previous experience in account management, sales support or commercial roles (e.g. Key Account Executive, Commercial Assistant, Sales Executive)
