We are looking for a Goods Out Controller to join us on a 3 month fixed term contract to help ensure every order leaves site safely, accurately and on time.

The Opportunity

This isn't just another warehouse role.

As a

Goods Out Controller , you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately, efficiently and safely.

You'll be the final checkpoint before products leave our warehouse, helping us deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

Working closely with Warehouse Supervisors, Transport and Export teams, you'll ensure loads are correctly prepared, quality standards are met and every shipment is ready for departure.

Your attention to detail will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for

  • Managing and prioritising outbound loads
  • Ensuring pallets are correctly counted, labelled and prepared
  • Organising loads into the correct delivery sequence
  • Producing driver paperwork and manifest documentation
  • Carrying out quality and accuracy checks
  • Supporting transport efficiency through effective load planning
  • Ensuring customer-specific requirements are met
  • Working with Export and Warehouse teams to maintain high standards
  • Promoting a safe, clean and organised working environment
  • Following Good Distribution Practice and company procedures

  • Commitment to health, safety and compliance
  • Training & Development
