Head of Property Management – South London- Mon- Fri- £45,000- £50,000 Job Title: Head of Property Management Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + Bonuses Working Hours: Monday -Friday 09:00am- 17:30pm My client, a chartered management accountant business specialising in construction and property are looking for a Head of Property Management to join the team in South London. You will be responsible for managing the existing team whilst implementing processes and systems. This is a great opportunity to make something your own and to help a company grow from strength to strength! Duties And Responsibilities But Not Limited To Responsible for a team of 2 which will grow in time Full management of assigned portfolio which consists of Commercial units, Block and AST Properties Implementing processes and setting up software Chairing AGMs and calculating service charge budgets Managing planned maintenance Ensuring Section 20 planned maintenance is budgeted for Regular property visits Overseeing compliance with safety regulations Must Have Driving license Block management and / or AST Property Management experience ARLA, IRPM, TPI or other Property qualifications Day to day management experience Highly organised and punctual Excellent communication skills both verbally and written A keen problem solver Client facing Strong administration and excellent IT skills Ability to build long-term relationships Positive and encouraging attitude Good To Have But Not Essential Commercial property experience If this opportunity excites you or you want to find out more information about other roles then please do not hesitate to get in touch with Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
