Join our growing Block Management company in London. We are looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee a residential portfolio and ensure high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, but manageable residential portfolio.
- Lead health and safety, compliance, and risk assessments.
- Supervise site staff and coordinate with accounts.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, credit control, and Section 20 procedures.
- Communicate promptly with tenants and clients, resolving issues quickly.
- Conduct regular site visits and chair residents and board meetings, including AGMs.
- Use the TRAMPS system to investigate disputed items.
- Assist with LVT and other legal matters.
Salary and Working Hours
£35,000 per annum. Mon‑Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
