Location: London. Salary: £24,000 per annum. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the acceptance, review, and consultation of visa applications, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the application materials.
- Answer applicants' questions regarding visa policies, procedures, and required materials, and provide professional guidance and advice.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth progress of the visa application process.
- Handle special situations in visa applications and resolve applicants' issues in a timely manner.
- Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit. Meticulous and patient, capable of handling visa-related matters efficiently.
- Have strong learning ability and be able to quickly master visa policies and procedures (if you cannot bear routine work please think it over before asking for interview).
- Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.).
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Candidates with relevant work experience will be given priority. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
