Role Overview
Content and strategic comms at Cytora play a central role in building our brand, engaging industry leaders, and driving business growth. We’re looking for a versatile "all‑rounder" to execute on key marketing initiatives, both strategic and tactical, supporting the brand across all channels. You’ll work closely with Cytora’s small‑but‑mighty marketing team, as well as key Cytora stakeholders and group‑level marketing to craft exceptional collateral that elevates Cytora’s thought leadership and industry presence. What You Will Do
- Content Implementation & execution: Taking briefs from the Growth/Demand Gen Managers to craft copy, coordinate design produce polished marketing assets.
- Assist on implementing content into Cytora’s monthly Making Risk Flow Digest on LinkedIn and marketing newsletter.
- Scaling content efforts by repurposing existing and created content into additional formats and assets.
- CMS, Website & channel execution: Be responsible for content assets on Cytora’s website (Webflow), and channels including optimisation and performance.
- Promoting and nurturing Cytora’s Making Risk Flow Community, the industry’s first community of risk digitisation professionals in the insurance sector.
- Keeping up to date with industry movements and trends, and Cytora messaging to help drive content strategy with new initiatives, topic ideas, content formats, and channel opportunities.
- Helping with the planning and execution of a range of events, including industry conferences/trade shows, exciting high‑end prospect events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, roundtables, executive dinners, partner/community events.
- Develop and execute marketing outreach campaigns to secure podcast and event guests.
- Developing a deep understanding of the industry, customer personas, the buyer’s cycle, and relationship dynamics between Cytora and customers/prospects.
- Support the drafting and publishing of regular LinkedIn content on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating and collaborating with creative/PR agencies ensuring the highest quality standard and brand alignment.
- Internal Communications: Sharing marketing wins and new assets with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Executing Cytora’s awards presence, from entry submissions to attendance logistics to post‑awards promotion.

- Proven experience in creating beautiful, compelling content pieces from high‑level briefs.
- Demonstrative experience in producing assets for multiple different types of campaigns (digital campaigns are a must).
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS company (insurance industry background is a big plus).
- Self‑starting and proactive attitude, able to build internal relationships and learn autonomously, conducting research from multiple sources to understand topics well enough to produce exceptional content drafts, gather feedback and turn them into polished assets.
- Team player with a strong, proactive attitude, willing to wear multiple hats.
- Passion for marketing, wanting to grow in multiple areas of marketing and build responsibilities with the scaling of the company.
- Great copywriting skills and ability to understand and match tone of voice are essential.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex industry/market dynamics and technical software concepts.
- Technical literacy, especially the world of AI and LLMs.
- High degree of autonomy and creativity.

Cytora are a remote‑first company. For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK or US (East Coast hours) provided you have fluent spoken and written English, and have the permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
