As we scale, we are looking for a Webflow Developer and Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in helping our customers fully realize the potential of our platform.
The Cytora website is pivotal in building our brand, engaging industry leaders, and driving business growth. As our Webflow Developer and Designer, you will own the execution of bringing our brand and story to life on the website. You’ll work closely with marketing and senior leadership to build and nurture a world-class website to elevate Cytora’s thought leadership and industry presence. What You Will Do
- Be responsible for Cytora’s website design and development, taking internal briefs for updates, providing technical and design advice, executing on development plans.
- Realise marketing and GTM initiatives via the website whilst helping implement best practices, driving efficiency and scalable activities.
- Help manage Cytora’s global website including CMS updates, bug reporting, SEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to constantly audit the technical performance of Cytora’s website, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ownership of site speed, indexing, and technical SEO hygiene specifically within the Webflow environment.
- Work with external agencies on design, assets and creative projects.
- Work with group-level stakeholders, utilising resources to scale our web activities and enable the larger group to support our online presence.
- Development of go to market materials (presentation decks, website pages, sales collateral, case studies, white papers).
- Working closely with our Partnership and PR team to coordinate, publish and distribute partner announcements, regularly updating our data ecosystem page.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to optimise strategies to enhance lead qualification processes.

- Adept in Webflow website development, with an ability to bring designs and website functionalities to life.
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
- Solid understanding of Webflow-to-CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) and their impact on design decisions.
- B2B/enterprise sales/SaaS experience is crucial to be successful in this role.
- This role requires an entrepreneurial individual who can take on projects with input from multiple stakeholders. This person is a self-starter and a keen problem-solver.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong communicator to understand briefs, communicate technical possibilities and advise on best practices.
- Experience in B2B marketing and an understanding of marketing campaigns and the goals behind them.

Cytora are a remote-first company. For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK provided you have fluent spoken and written English, and have the permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
