You’ll unblock the engineering team by resolving complex technical impasses, standardising practices, and owning cross-functional initiatives. You’ll prototype rapidly, ship MVPs, and turn product ideas into polished experiences across the stack.
You’ll work with product, design, and engineering teams in a hybrid setup, shipping iteratively and influencing technical roadmaps. Compensation: £100K – £120K plus equity.
