The Research Technician – mAbs is responsible for delivering results in developing and evaluating next-gen chromatography media.
This position reports to the Manager Applications & Analytics, and is part of the Fibro R&D department located in Stevenage and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Responsible for testing and reporting R&D samples for new membrane chromatography products.
- Write reports and submit data generated from various analytical methods.
- Provide support to ensure laboratory compliance to Environment Health & Safety regulations
- Be responsible for executing workload from multiple projects.
Who you are:
- You will have a Master’s degree in a bioscience-based subject
- You will have at least 1 year of experience using AKTA Pure and/or Pilot systems
- You will have experience working in a regulated lab
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Preparing presentations and written reports to support decision-making in multifaceted projects
- Working in cross-disciplinary teams
- Use of SEC-HPLC or ProA-HPLC
