Cytiva is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Advisor to deliver high-quality employee relations services across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will manage casework including disciplinary and grievance issues and provide support to People Leaders at hearings.
Ideal candidates will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or hold a degree in Business or Law, with extensive experience in HR advisory roles and strong knowledge of UK employment law. This is an on-site role based in Portsmouth with some travel required.
