This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Validation Business Analytics & DBS and is part of the Filtration Customer Success located in Portsmouth / Amersham UK and will be an on-site role.
What You Will Do
- Design and maintain efficient data models and transformations using SQL and modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake exposure preferred).

- Partner with Enterprise IT and delivery teams to ensure alignment with governance and architectural standards (without full architecture ownership).
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of portfolio execution: demand, capacity signals, backlog health, cycle time, OTD, and key failure modes; publish clear, business-focused dashboards and action tracking.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and enhancing analytics and reporting solutions, particularly across Power BI (including DAX), SQL/data modelling, and business workflow tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Excel).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions, balancing technical design with practical delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical problems through collaboration and clear, audience appropriate communication.
- Comfortable leading through influence rather than authority in a matrixed organisation.

Nice to have
- Practical, hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools/platforms: Salesforce, Snowflake, Smartsheet (including Bridge), Power BI, Qlik, Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate), Box (API).
- Experience working with data and systems in quality-driven or regulated environments (e.g. GxP), including traceability, controls, and audit readiness.
- Applying continuous improvement principles (e.g. Lean / DBS / Kaizen) to optimise systems, data models, and operational workflows.
