The Senior Director, Segment Marketing provides strategic leadership across global segment marketing functions, driving enterprise-wide customer segmentation, market prioritization, and integrated go-to-market strategies. This role leads through subordinate managers and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. It contributes to the development of long-term functional strategy and annual business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
What You Will Do- Develop and execute global marketing customer segmentation strategies and shape enterprise marketing investment priorities.
- Lead long-term planning for customer segmentation and market growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across product, commercial, and marketing functions to align segment strategies to the corporate brand narrative, overarching company directives and strategies.
- Develop segment value propositions and messaging guidelines that can be leveraged in outbound marketing campaigns.
