Senior Staff Product Manager – Data Products at Cytiva is responsible for shaping, owning, and evolving data and AI products that translate business needs into scalable, high‑value digital solutions.

This role reports to Director, Product Management - Data Products. This role sits within the Digital Data & AI team and is onsite role.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead enterprise data product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for dedicated business area; Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, scalable product opportunities; Drive adoption of outcome-based prioritisation and product frameworks; Align product strategy with business value, regulatory needs, and enterprise capabilities.

Ownership: Own and evolve end-to-end data products, including datasets, semantic layers, APIs, and AI‑enabled capabilities; Ensure products are scalable, reusable, governed, and aligned to enterprise standards; Drive transition from reporting and pipelines to durable data products; Promote best practices for data quality, lineage, and documentation.

  • Cross‑Domain Leadership & Delivery: Partner with engineering, data, analytics, and AI teams to deliver high‑value outcomes; Remove delivery impediments and ensure alignment to value, scope, and timelines; Promote warehouse‑first and scalable architecture patterns.
  • AI & Advanced Analytics Integration: Define how AI/ML capabilities integrate into enterprise data products.
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Influence: Partner with senior stakeholders to align on strategy, priorities, and investment decisions; Act as a trusted advisor across key business areas, IT, and leadership teams; Simplify complex topics into clear, actionable decisions; Potentially represent Cytiva in appropriate external forums, partnerships, and industry initiatives; Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Governance, Risk & Vendor

Management: When pursuing a buy strategy, lead evaluation and onboarding of external vendors and Saa S solutions; Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards for all data products; Act decisively to mitigate technical, commercial, and reputational risks.

Who You Are

  • Experienced strategic product professional with ability to deliver at scale.
  • Strong in both business and technical domains, bridging effectively between them.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complexity.
  • Data‑driven, outcome‑focused, and highly pragmatic.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with focus on data, analytics, or AI products.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale data platforms or products.
  • Strong Understanding Of
  • Data warehousing (e. g. Snowflake).
  • Business Intelligence and analytics ecosystems.
  • AI / ML integration into products.
  • Experience working across multiple business domains and complex stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product‑led transformation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sustainability, supply chain, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Qlik, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with APIs, semantic layers, and modern data architectures.
  • Exposure to Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
