Role Overview

The Sr. Leader, Project Management will be responsible for leading enterprise projects within Cytiva’s Commercial Excellence portfolio, with a global scope across all OpCos.

What You Will Do

  • Own the execution of strategic, cross‑functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio intended to drive improvements in 3 areas: 1) Return on selling time, 2) Ease of doing business and 3) Returning time back to sell.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk.
  • Assume responsibility for project updates at PMO Review with VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders.
  • Participate in the rollout of annual improvement priorities outlined in Strategic Plans and executed through Policy Deployment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new demands for PMO initiatives from OpCo leaders.

Who You Are

  • Undergraduate degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Multiple years of experience with exposure to the Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional project plans delivering business outcomes on time, on budget and with minimal risk.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills, resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
  • Experience making recommendations to senior leadership based on data‑driven and analytical methods.

Travel and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 15% overnight and internationally.

Preferred Experience

  • Worked in or had exposure to Biopharma or Genomics companies, especially in business-to-business services or suppliers.
  • Prior experience working with commercial processes (e.g. CRM, go-to-market execution).
  • Experience working in management consulting or commercial strategy.
