What You Will Do
- Develop and own product‑specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans.
- Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona‑driven content to drive message consistency.
- Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation, and competitors.
- Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product‑market fit.
- Track product adoption, market share, and messaging impact.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing, preferably with experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with eCommerce, digital and full funnel marketing strategies.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel to events, meetings and customer sites approx. 25% travel including overnight.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Demand generation marketing.
- Value proposition development.
