What You Will Do
- Align with senior business leaders on marketing targets (leads, lead conversion rates, win rate, etc…) to support the cell therapy business objectives
- Drive commercial excellence across the cell therapy business unit around developing and accelerating the orders funnel
- Drive development of marketing plan in collaboration with Marcom and field marketing teams
- Work cross functionally and be accountable for the successful execution and performance of campaign messaging and tactics
- Improve processes critical to the functioning of the marketing function using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) methodology
Who You Are
- Masters’s degree or higher
- 5+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position
- 3+ years experience in owning a territory or portfolio revenue number and a history of success in driving growth
- Demonstrated success in product development and launch
- Managed and allocated a budget in line with organizational goals
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Approximately 15% customer and internal travel required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Use of a Danaher Business Systems commercial tool such as Launch Excellence, Customer-Centric Product Definition, or Growth Room
- Experience in gene therapy, or advanced therapies
