The predicted salary is between 40000 - 55000 £ per year.

Manage all aspects and coordination of fleet-related activities for the assigned countries of the EMEA region.

Provide support in the management and implementation of Fleet policies, handle inquiries related to the program, ensure timely resolution, communicate areas of concern, and work with multiple groups such as finance, human resources, external suppliers and sourcing to propose changes in the processes to maximize efficiencies and deliver the best user experience.

Day-to-day duties include managing relationships with drivers and vehicle service providers, maintaining an accurate and timely fleet database, managing fleet insurance and fuel cards, charging solutions, vehicle mileage, leasing agreements, and ordering cars.

Serve as the first contact support for Cytiva drivers when any support is required from the business or technical area, and develop a good understanding of procedures and policies in the EMEA region.

Drive Fleet sustainability initiatives including the transition to a full electric vehicle (EV) fleet over the next 5 years.

Occasionally travel domestically and internationally (less than 15% of the time, may include overnight stays).

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement and/or fleet management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel – occasional travel within EMEA (less than 15%), which may include overnight stays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A demonstrable interest in sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Prior exposure or a good understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle management processes.
