The Assistant Facilities Manager for Cytiva is responsible for the Amersham Place and may occasionally support other facilities. This position is part of the Facilities Team located in Amersham Place and will be an onsite role.
What You Will Do
- Support closing planned preventive maintenance on CAFM system
- Support coordination of external contractors and service providers
- Respond to internal service requests and resolve issues promptly
- Support office moves, furniture setups, meeting room setups and space planning
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Who You Are
- Able to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Cover for FM manager when absent from site
- Follow relevant legal requirements and the Company Health & Safety Policy
- Make a positive contribution to housekeeping
- Report and address any safety defects
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in supporting facilities management.
