Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects and project activities that enhance manufacturing capabilities through upgraded or new equipment, following process qualification such as IQOQPQ validation methods.
  • Provide ownership and input into structured problem solving activities within established project engineering team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Operations, Manufacturing Engineering/Product Engineering and Quality, to identify and deliver engineering solutions.
  • Research and learn processes, tools and technologies to deliver engineering project objectives.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience working within an engineering project environment and demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with experience utilising structured problem solving tools (DMAIC, PSP etc) to translate complex technical problems into actionable plans.
  • Good communication skills to articulate technical and project problems, giving clear updates to project stakeholders.
  • Previously worked within regulated environment (i.e GMP) and owning change control activity including process risk assessment (dFMEA/pFMEA or other tool).
  • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in expertise in a technical discipline within engineering (e.g fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, polymer science) and design for manufacture and CAD.
