The Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for two main areas:

  • Acting as the go‑to expert for Salesforce.com and other commercial tools for EMEA providing day‑to‑day support, and organizing training programs for new Sales hires.
  • Serving as a trusted business partner to Sales— answering requests, helping them overcome operational challenges and navigate commercial processes.

This position reports to the Director EMEA Commercial Enablement and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team, located in GBR‑Amersham Place and will be an on‑site role.

What you will do:

  • Salesforce & Commercial Systems Ownership: Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, ensuring effective usage, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • User Support & Operational Excellence: Provide day‑to‑day support to Sales by managing cases, troubleshooting data and process issues, and driving improvements in data quality and workflows.
  • Sales Enablement & Training Delivery: Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure Sales teams are highly proficient in Salesforce, reporting, dashboards, and core commercial processes.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership & Systems Liaison: Act as the key interface between Sales, IT, and global systems teams to upscale issues, test enhancements, support releases, and translate business needs into system improvements.
  • Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Partner closely with Sales to identify inefficiencies, address performance gaps, and recommend tool, process, and reporting optimizations that maximize selling time and effectiveness.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a B2B environment.
  • Customer oriented with problem‑solving skills, for prompt issue resolution.
  • Strong interest in tools and systems, previous experience with Salesforce.com and Qlik.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training (virtual and/or in‑person).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Onsite limited travel as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in Territory Management.
