Job Summary: As the Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing Cyted’s marketing activity across high-impact channels. You will support demand generation and commercial growth as the business expands across the UK healthcare system, with campaigns that engage clinicians, patients, and partners—particularly through events, webinars, emails and social media. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Experience, and Product, you will help ensure Cyted’s marketing is well-coordinated, insight-driven, and consistently aligned with our positioning and business goals.
Working Pattern and Location: The role is a full-time position with a standard 37.5 hour working week. The role holder may be required to work flexibly. The Marketing Associate will be based at Cyted’s Head Office, Ground Floor Building 3 Old Swiss, 149 Cherry Hinton Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB1 7BX, attending 4 days a week and may also need to visit other company sites when and if required.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Marketing Asset Creation And Campaign Delivery
- Create printed and digital marketing assets, including posters, flyers, banners, and campaign collateral.
- Design and deliver assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign or Illustrator ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Publish integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals and brand positioning.
- Manage social media publishing to boost campaign visibility and engagement.
- Build and distribute newsletters and marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Support print-based campaigns, coordinating asset delivery and timelines.
- Track, measure, and log campaign performance, ensuring activity is set up for effective tracking and analysis.
- Apply an understanding of marketing metrics to assess performance against business objectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to refine and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.

Person Specification: To succeed, you must be able to design and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels, producing engaging assets, publishing digital communications, and managing end-to-end execution. The role requires strong organisation, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to balance creative input with delivery-focused marketing support.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within life sciences, healthcare or a related sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or preferably a life sciences–related discipline.
- Proven experience supporting or delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience creating high-quality digital and print marketing assets.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or equivalents.
- Experience building and distributing campaigns using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Good understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, social media, email and event-based activity.
- Ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution, balancing creative input with delivery-focused outcomes.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience tracking, analysing and reporting on marketing performance and campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging messages.
