• Initial conversation – A relaxed online conversation with Maddie from our People team to get to know you, talk through your experience and answer any questions you have about Cyted.
• Line manager interview – An online discussion exploring the role in more detail through scenario-based and role-specific questions.
• Team interview & assessment – Meet the wider team in person and see how we work. You'll complete a presentation or practical assessment so we can hear your ideas and see how you approach challenges at Cyted.
• Final Interview – Marcel, our CEO, still meets every potential new joiner. It's an opportunity to discuss your ambitions and how they align with Cyted's journey and future vision.

Role Summary
We are looking for two Clinical Nurse Trainers to play a key role in introducing and embedding EndoSign clinics across the NHS. Reporting to the Clinical Specialist, you will combine clinical education, practical change support and close collaboration with NHS clinical and operational teams. You will prepare teams for clinic launch, deliver high-quality training, assess readiness and competency, and help staff build confidence in new workflows and technology. You will deliver Cyted’s approved clinical training and implementation programme, translating clinical and technical workflows into practical, role-specific learning. Through trusted on-site support during launch, early adoption and ongoing education, you will help each clinic operate safely and effectively within approved SOPs, governance processes and escalation routes.

Working Pattern and Location
The role is a full-time position with a standard 37.5 hour working week and the role holder may be required to work flexibly. It is a field-based position involving frequent travel across an assigned North or South UK territory, with ownership of managing your diary and customer commitments, including visits to NHS sites and Cyted offices as required.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• NHS trust implementation: Building trusted relationships with NHS trust stakeholders, assessing local pathways and training needs, and translating these into practical implementation and readiness plans. Supporting pre-launch preparation, including team roles, documentation, patient flow, escalation routes and agreed responsibilities, and provide on-site support during clinic launch.
• Clinical training and competency: Delivering engaging, role-specific training to multidisciplinary teams using demonstrations, supervised practice and realistic scenarios covering the endosign pathway, Cyted systems, sample or data handling, quality requirements and troubleshooting. Assessing HCP knowledge and practical competency against an approved Cyted competency framework, maintaining accurate training records, identifying gaps, agreeing targeted remediation and escalating where competency is not achieved. Acting as a credible first-line clinical point of contact during implementation and early adoption, answering questions clearly and recognising the limits of the role. Escalating complex clinical, patient-safety, quality, product or operational concerns promptly through the agreed Cyted governance and escalation route.
• Launch support and continuous improvement: Providing post-launch follow-up, monitor adoption themes, helping resolve recurring training or workflow issues, and gathering actionable feedback from NHS users. Sharing structured field feedback with the Clinical Specialist and relevant Cyted teams, contributing to improvements in training materials, standard operating procedures, competency tools and implementation playbooks. Representing Cyted in line with clinical and information governance requirements.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications and experience: NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration clinical experience. NHS experience, including delivery of clinical education or training. Experience assessing clinical competency and providing remediation or follow-up training. Experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology, oncology or diagnostics. Experience implementing or supporting adoption of a new clinical pathway, diagnostic service, healthcare technology or medical device. Experience working across NHS and commercial healthcare environments. A recognised teaching, mentorship or clinical assessing qualification. Experience supporting service improvement, change management or post-launch adoption.
• Skills and knowledge: Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical governance and escalation. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt training to different audiences. Organised and digitally confident, able to manage multiple implementations, maintain accurate records and learn new systems quickly.
• Personal attributes: Ability to work autonomously with sound judgement and a patient-centred, professional approach. Proactive, collaborative and dependable. Willingness to work in a field-based role with frequent travel across an assigned UK territory.

Success in this role will look like:

• 30 days: Building strong internal relationships while developing a thorough understanding of EndoSign, its clinical pathways, workflows and governance processes.
• 60 days: Beginning to deliver training alongside colleagues and building an understanding of assigned customers, their teams and the relationships needed to support successful implementation.
• 90 days: Independently supporting clinic launches and early adoption, while identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and make implementation processes more efficient and successful.
