Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Warranty & Service Technician to join our dedicated warranty team. This is a hands-on role centred on delivering an outstanding customer experience, providing technical support and advice, and working closely with our brand partners.
The successful candidate will have industry experience, a passion for cycling and be able to build, repair and service all kinds of bikes and associated cycling products.
Key responsibilities will include:- Handling returns, booking in jobs, special orders and customer queries
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, servicing & warranty assessments
- Bike building and assembly of our Basso, Cinelli & Wilier ranges
- Providing excellent levels of customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
- Complete daily and weekly duties, ensuring the smooth running of the workshop
22 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) + 8 days public holiday

As this role is based full time at our warehouse, the successful candidate should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Leighton Buzzard, LU7.
Skills/Experience Required:- Extensive knowledge of cycle equipment as you will be building bikes, identifying faults and deciding what kind of repairs or maintenance are needed
- Cytech Level 2 or equivalent but a minimum of Level 1 will be considered
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both with customers, suppliers and working colleagues
- Be able to work as part of a dynamic workshop team
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve high standards
