Specialized Concept Store Ruislip is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager/Operations Manager. This is a full-time permanent position. We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our busy workshop team. The ideal candidate has a love of all things cycling and can bring that enthusiasm to our team and customers every day.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bikes' journey through our business.
  • Oversee the workshop team's daily schedule and workload.
  • Handle workshop stock, warranty work, and product recalls.
  • Liaise with the brand on warranty and component issues.
  • Answer phone and email enquiries.
  • Maintain stock control and conduct stock takes.
  • Coordinate the assembly of bikes for shipping and store display.
  • Assist the workshop team as necessary.
  • Support the sales team when required.

Skills and Experience Required

We need a candidate who loves teamwork and can motivate and inspire the team. The right attitude and personality are essential.

Salary: Subject to experience.

Benefits: Staff discount and flexible schedule. We do not open on Sundays. Position is full-time permanent.
