Specialized Concept Store Ruislip is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager/Operations Manager. This is a full time permanent position. We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our busy workshop team. The ideal candidate must have a love of all things cycling and the ability to bring that enthusiasm to our team and customers every day.

The role entails:

  • Managing a customer’s bikes journey through our business.
  • Managing the workshop teams days and workload.
  • Managing workshop stock, warranty work and product recalls.
  • Liaising with the brand on warranty and component issues.
  • Answering phone and email enquiries.
  • Stock control and stock takes.
  • Managing the assembly of bikes for shipping and store display.
  • Assisting the workshop team where necessary.
  • Assisting the sales team as required.

Skills/Experience Required: We need a candidate who loves being part of a team and is able to motivate and inspire that team. It’s all about the right attitude and personality. You will be part of a team of enthusiasts working with one of the industry’s leading brands. We aim to offer exceptional service in a great environment. Our new store is about as cool a cycle retail environment as you will find in the UK. The Specialized brand continues to go from strength to strength and we are the flagship store for London.

Salary: subject to experience. Benefits: staff discount, flexible schedule. We do not open on Sundays. Job type: full time permanent.
