Thank you for your interest in becoming a tyred mechanic. At tyred, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of servicing across the micro‑mobility industry. With mechanics based in London and other UK cities, our goal is to be the global leader in micromobility servicing.
At tyred you will be expected to perform a variety of jobs, with the primary one being to provide on‑demand repairs across London. These repairs will be across a variety of makes and models. To date, we provide repairs for fleet e‑bikes, bicycles, retail cargo bikes, retail e‑bikes and commercial cargo bikes. Equipment, tools and transport is provided. There are also opportunities for career growth internally.
Skills/Experience Required
- The salary provided will vary depending on the level of experience you hold.
- An ideal mechanic should hold at least two years of experience within the field.
- Be able to display good interpersonal skills and customer sales skills since you will be speaking with all your customers either over the phone, via our app or in person when performing the repair.
- Supporting accreditations will be helpful e.g. Cytech qualifications.
