With increasing demand and a rapidly expanding neighbourhood, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and reliable mechanic. We are a small, tight-knit team that values efficiency, quality workmanship, and a positive working environment.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and confident bicycle mechanic who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of repairs and can maintain a high standard of work under pressure. You will mainly focus on:

  • Strong technical ability across a wide range of bikes
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Comfortable working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Cytech qualification is a plus, but not essential

Important

This is a fast‑paced shop, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will be working alongside a workshop manager who handles all customer interaction, bookings, and payments — allowing you to focus primarily on repairs and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and servicing to a high standard
  • Handle quick turnaround jobs efficiently
  • Support the preparation of second‑hand bikes for sale
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Assist the team during peak times
