CYTE is a full-service cardiovascular contract research organisation (CRO) powered by a global site network. We provide research solutions to our Pharma and Biotech clients and CRO partners via: CYTE Locate, our global site network comprising nearly 3,100 sites in 45 countries led by our global and national study leaders; CYTE Connect, our integrated clinical platform that allows seamless collaboration for sites, sponsors and CROs; and CYTE Accelerate, our specialist CRO services.

We are seeking a Feasibility Manager who is a hands-on operational leader with a strong strategic mindset. This role will be responsible for the direct delivery and oversight of global feasibility activities, supporting clinical trial planning, patient recruitment and business development. The position combines active execution of feasibility with strategic input into study design, country and site selection and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will manage a team of Site Managers and a CRA and will be accountable for the end-to-end feasibility process. The Feasibility Manager will also play a critical role in expanding CYTE’s global site network, driving process improvements, enhancing data quality and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence across all feasibility activities.

Responsibilities

  • Feasibility Strategy & Execution: Personally lead and execute feasibility assessments for CYTE clients and new business opportunities. Maintain hands-on ownership of feasibility deliverables, including data review, analysis and enrolment forecasts. Design feasibility questionnaires, define data requirements and ensure alignment with protocol and operational assumptions. Provide evidence-based country and site selection recommendations, balancing strategic objectives with operational feasibility.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, develop and performance-manage a team of Site Managers, CRA and any future CYTE employees. Actively oversee and support day-to-day team activities, including workload prioritisation, quality review and issue resolution. Provide operational backup and direct involvement during peak workloads or critical timelines. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Business Development & Strategic Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to support proposals, bid defences and client engagements with clear, actionable feasibility insights. Act as a feasibility subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. Provide practical, operational input into protocol design, enrolment strategies and study assumptions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse feasibility data to assess patient availability, competitive landscape and recruitment risk. Prepare concise feasibility reports, dashboards and client-ready materials. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, traceability and consistency across all feasibility outputs.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify, propose and implement improvements to feasibility processes, tools and systems. Drive standardisation while remaining flexible to meet study-specific needs. Ensure timely, accurate production of feasibility reports and analyses. Ensure compliance with GCP, internal SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a hands-on feasibility manager with direct accountability for feasibility delivery.
  • 8 – 10 years of clinical research experience, including 3 - 5 years in feasibility, study start-up, or site selection.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in senior sponsor-facing roles.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Working knowledge of GCP and the regulatory framework for clinical research.
