Overview
Cystic Fibrosis Trust is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and proactive Supporter Care Officer to join our team and help ensure that every supporter has an exceptional experience with the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Update supporter records, process and set up donations, manage regular gifts, update communication preferences and send heartfelt thank-yous to supporters.
- Use our database daily, keeping information accurate and up to date.
- Deal with enquiries by phone, email and post, providing warm, professional and timely responses.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial processing and using CRM databases
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with a wide range of people
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for supporters
