CYS Security is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead day-to-day operations of two children's homes in Gravesend and surrounding Kent. You will hold Ofsted registration as Registered Manager and be accountable for care quality, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and performance across both sites.
This senior role requires a proven track record in children's residential care, the ability to manage multisite provision, staff leadership, budgeting and strong liaison with local authorities.
