CLERK OF WORKS / BUILDING SERVICES INSPECTOR
Application is invited for the following position for an institutional project in Tung Chung.
Hong Kong Polytechnic or Technical Institute Higher Certificate or above in Building or Building Studies (for COW) or in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (for BSI) or equivalent;
Fluent Cantonese and have a pass in both English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE or HKDSE, or equivalent, and
Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including 4 years’ in the capacity of ACOW/ABSI
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in BIM projects, and familiar with BIM software
