The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis and asset-level performance reporting across CyrusOne’s growing European platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
- Prepare management reporting, variance analysis and financial commentary.
- Assist with revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, cash flow and headcount forecasting.
- Support departmental cost reviews and business partnering.
- Maintain asset-level financial models, forecasts and performance reporting.
- Analyse asset performance, capital expenditure and investment returns.
- Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management.
- Improve and automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
- Work with European and US Finance teams to share best practice.
- Undertake ad hoc analysis and support wider Finance priorities.
Candidate Profile & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Two to four years’ relevant FP&A experience.
- Qualified Accountant with at least one year’s post-qualification experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and good PowerPoint capability.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Real estate, infrastructure or data centre experience would be advantageous.
