Help customers get real value from every engagement — from onboarding through remediation.
You are the technical relationship customers rely on after the deal closes: helping them scope engagements correctly, interpret findings, and get fixes shipped. This role sits at the intersection of security expertise and customer empathy.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers — configuring scope, policy flags, and integrations (Jira, Slack, GitHub, etc).
- Walk customers through findings, remediation guidance, and audit-ready reports.
- Act as the escalation point for critical findings and coordinate customer-side response.
- Identify patterns across customer environments and feed them back to research and product.
- Maintain a high renewal and expansion rate through genuine technical trust, not just relationship management.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a customer-facing security role — customer success, professional services, or security consulting.
- Able to read and explain security findings (web, API, cloud) to both engineers and executives.
- Comfortable being the calm, technical voice during a critical-severity escalation.
- Strong project-management instincts — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
Nice to have
- Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001-adjacent customer environments
- Familiarity with ticketing and alerting integrations (Jira, PagerDuty, Slack)
