The Role
We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor based in our Shropshire office to support the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects. This is a hands-on role where you will take responsibility for project delivery within your level of experience, working closely with senior colleagues while developing your own professional judgement and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing cost plans, reports and tender documentation
- Supporting and managing procurement processes
- Undertaking contract administration and cost control
- Preparing valuations and assisting with final accounts
- Acting as day-to-day client contact on projects
- Identifying and managing project risks and scope changes
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a consultancy or contractor environment
- Understanding of construction contracts and cost management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
