The Role We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor based in our Shropshire office to support the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects. This is a hands‑on role where you will take responsibility for project delivery within your level of experience, working closely with senior colleagues while developing your own professional judgement and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Preparing cost plans, reports and tender documentation Supporting and managing procurement processes Undertaking contract administration and cost control Preparing valuations and assisting with final accounts Acting as day‑to‑day client contact on projects Identifying and managing project risks and scope changes What We Are Looking For Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a consultancy or contractor environment Understanding of construction contracts and cost management Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage workload and work independently where appropriate Commitment to professional standards and continuous development #J-18808-Ljbffr
