The Role

We are seeking a Building Surveyor based in our Folkestone office to deliver a range of surveying services including inspections, reporting and project work. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own instructions within your level of experience, while developing technical expertise and client relationships within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertaking condition surveys, inspections and defect diagnosis
  • Preparing clear and structured reports and specifications
  • Managing projects from instruction through to completion
  • Identifying risks and ensuring appropriate escalation where required
  • Supporting contract administration and project delivery
