Cyrenians Farm Community in West Lothian is seeking a dedicated Key Worker. The role supports up to 9 young people in accommodation, focusing on person-centred care and safety within a small team.
Full time is 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri); part time is 24 hours per week over 3 days including Thu and Fri. You will help residents develop plans, stay actively involved in community decisions, and support peer volunteers.
