Cyrenians in Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated hospital in-reach support worker to help people at risk of homelessness within hospital settings. You will provide one-to-one, person-centred support to identify housing options, linked to local services, across Royal Infirmary, Western General and Royal Edinburgh Hospital, with flexible, lone-working across sites to meet patient needs.
