Position Details
- Location: Hayes, West London, UB3 3NE
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, dispatch and handle goods, including loading and unloading;
- Manage warehouse storage, stock organisation and inventory control;
- Maintain safe, organised and efficient warehouse operations;
- Support order processing, order preparation and logistics coordination;
- Assist with sales-related operations and order support when required;
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with relevant health and safety requirements;
- Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Able to safely and effectively carry out the manual-handling duties required for the role, including the regular movement, loading and unloading of stock;
- Honest, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented;
- Proactive, with good organisational skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- University-level education or equivalent relevant experience preferred;
- Good working proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for day-to-day business communication;
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK;
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or a related field is preferred.
Working Hours & Benefits
- 37 hours per week;
- Salary: From £26,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role;
- Full-time, permanent position;
- Stable working environment with a small and supportive team;
- Training provided with opportunities for long-term development;
- Statutory paid annual leave;
- Workplace pension under the UK auto-enrolment scheme, subject to eligibility;
