As we scale globally, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growth and revenue expansion in the United Kingdom market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and establishing Cypien AI as a trusted MarTech partner for e-commerce, finance, healthcare, automotive, and additional brands in the UK.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to e-commerce and retail brands.
  • Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Growth Managers, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via CRM tools.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or e-commerce technology.
  • Strong understanding of the UK e-commerce and digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Existing network within UK e-commerce or retail brands.
  • Experience working with international or remote teams.
