We are seeking two experienced Oracle Transportation Management System (OTM) consultants to support a critical recovery and turnaround project. The focus is to eliminate freight-invoice errors, stabilize system interfaces, and enable a successful Manhattan WMS go-live. This project demands deep OTM–SCALE integration expertise, process leadership, and a hands-on approach all within a 90-day recovery window. Post-stabilization, the goal is to enhance OTM functionality and support a broader rollout to additional sites
Tasks
- Establish and manage project governance (e.g., RAID logs, weekly issue reviews)
- Mentor and guide the existing TMS team
- Lead invoice-accrual triage and reconciliation
- Drive alignment between OTM and SCALE systems
Requirements
- End-to-end OTM program leadership across multiple sites
- Freight-forwarder invoice and rate management
- Workflow optimization and error-resolution
- Proven track record of turning around distressed logistics IT projects
Candidates must have hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience.
