We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead complex global payroll transformation and integration programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise-scale payroll implementations, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving integrations across finance and HR technology ecosystems. This role requires a seasoned PM with expertise in governance, enterprise delivery frameworks, vendor coordination, and global stakeholder management.

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global payroll transformation and implementation projects.
  • Manage integrations between third-party payroll platforms, Workday, Kyriba, and related enterprise systems.
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including RAID management, stage gates, steering committee reporting, and executive updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with enterprise infosec, data privacy, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Drive project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, resource management, and delivery execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee global stakeholder communication and coordination.
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Support change management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Requirements

  • Active project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading global payroll projects as a full-time Project Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing integrations between payroll systems, Workday, and Kyriba.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise governance frameworks, RAID management, stage gates, and executive steering reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of enterprise information security, data privacy, and financial compliance requirements within IT implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Fluent business English with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
