The Role

As Expanded AccessManager, you willlead the planningand operationaldelivery of globalExpanded Access andCompassionate Use programmes. Working closely withMedical Affairs, ClinicalDevelopment, RegulatoryAffairs and externalpartners, you willensure programmes aredelivered efficiently,compliantly and witha patient-firstapproach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end deliveryof global ExpandedAccess and CompassionateUse programmes.
  • Develop project plansand oversee programmeexecution from initialphysician request throughto programme completionor transition.
  • Coordinate cross-functionalteams including MedicalAffairs, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Supply Chain andexternal vendors.
  • Manage timelines, risks, budgets and programmemilestones to ensuresuccessful delivery.
  • Oversee vendor selection, performance and ongoingrelationships.
  • Monitor programme utilisationand provide regularupdates to seniorstakeholders.
  • Drive processimprovements and operationalexcellence across patientaccess programmes.

About You

We're particularly interestedin hearing from Clinical Project Managersor Clinical Operations professionals with experienceleading complex clinicalprogrammes.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences ora related scientificdiscipline.
  • Experience managing globalor regional clinicaltrialswithin a pharmaceutical, biotech or CROenvironment.
  • Strong project managementskills, includingplanning, risk management, budgeting and stakeholdercoordination.
  • Experience managing externalvendors and cross-functional project teams.
  • Oncology experience ishighly desirable, althoughcandidates with experiencein other therapeuticareas are encouragedto apply.
  • Knowledge of GCP and clinicaldevelopment processes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple prioritieswithina fast-pacedglobal environment.
