We are looking for an experienced and resultsâdriven Channel Account Manager. This role is responsible for developing, maturing, managing, and scaling strategic relationships with channel partners to accelerate market adoption and pipeline generation.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling, supporting, and growing our partners. You will work closely with them to deliver exceptional value to end customers, acting as a trusted advisor to channel partners and their OTâfocused customers. Your goal is to help partners navigate safety, productivity, cybersecurity, and secure access challenges and drive market entry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Cyolo CoâSelling motions to drive revenue growth through existing target partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive partner pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution.
- As the Channel Lead in the Cyolo POD Sales structure, work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support partner success.
- Deliver partner training, sales enablement sessions, and joint goâtoâmarket activities.
- Support partners through the full sales cycle, including technical alignment and deal structuring.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management, in cyber security such as Identity, Network/Application Security, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management or Industrial Automation Networking/Cyber technologies.
- Strong understanding of cyber security solutions; experience in OT / ICS / critical infrastructure and deep knowledge of the OT/ICS Buying Center.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with local, regional and global partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipâbuilding skills.
- Selfâmotivated, resultsâoriented, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced startup environment.
- Fluent English.
- Extensive European travel required (approximately 70%).
